 Program Syllabus

The program syllabus and it's content is alive! Meaning the program is evolving and growing organically and is likely to change prior our start on November 1. The core intent and essential energy will remain the same: body love, self-trust and (food) freedom, while the module names, practices etc. are subject to change.

What makes it a 'bootcamp’?

Bootcamps are notoriously focused and intense. Bootcamps generally mean business. As a result, they accomplish a lot of ground in a short amount of time.

Though we will move through our training together with a fundamental lightheartedness, the container is designed to support significant transformation in a short amount of time. This means the intensity level will be intentionally high.

But the aim of this program is not to put pressure on you, rather it is aimed at giving you the tools and a dedicated structure to be able to navigate varying levels of pressure and intensity that are already present in your life with greater ease and spaciousness — aka with greater freedom — and supporting you to establish that freedom on stable, tangible foundation of your body and through the relationship you have with food.
